The Financial Services Authority has appointed Mandy Spink as head of mortgages and credit unions in the small firms division.
Spink will begin her role on 26 February, replacing Michael Lord who has been appointed head of the retail management support unit. Spink has 15 years’ experience of financial services regulation and she currently leads the retail intermediaries sector team, which has responsibility for identifying new and emerging retail trends and risks in mortgage, general insurance and financial advice firms.
