Standard Life adds Macquarie funds

Standard Life has added three Macquarie funds to its mutual funds platform, including Global Infrastructure Securities.

The other funds are the Macquarie Global Private Equity Securities and the Global Property Securities It says the Global Infrastructure Securities fund invests in companies who own or manage “essential community assets”, including airports, toll roads and utilities. “Such businesses generally have sustainable and predictable demand irrespective of economic conditions, resulting in predictable cash flows,” Standard Life says. “There are currently no other infrastructure OEICs marketed in the UK.” Standard Life investment development head Graham Dow says: “These latest additions to F...
