The Exchange, Vertex's online services provider, has launched a client management tool for members of IFA network Tenet.
The Exchange based the tool on a previous client management system. The bespoke version, Office-Net, provides Tenet members with access to quotes, new business and application tracking with multiple product providers. The tool also allows advisers to validate more client data automatically than the original version. Users can also view full commission pipeline and track progress and add and amend policy information post submission to network.
