An initiative has been launched by 4:Property to help investors take advantage of the property markets in Croatia, Montenegro, Bulgaria and Romania.
The launch of 4:Landlords will allow UK buy-to-let investors make a joint investment with 4:Property and share in the profits from a growing portfolio of developments. 4:Property claims that investors will become increasingly interested in opportunities in emerging European markets because the UK property market is quietening down. 4:Property says that countries such as Croatia and Bulgaria are experiencing strong growth driven by increasing inward investment, rising incomes, growing mortgage credit and strong levels of tourism.
