Rates on Abbey's fixed range of mortgages will be cut by up to 0.3% today, the lender says, with deals set to start at 3.99%.
The new fixed products include two-year deals at 3.99% with a £995 fee for 60% LTV, 4.29% with a £995 fee for 75% LTV and 3.99% with a £1995 fee for 75% LTV. Three-year fixed rates are at 4.39% with a £995 fee for 60% LTV and 4.69% with a £995 fee for 75% LTV, while there is also a five-year fixed rate at 4.99% with a £995 fee for 75% LTV. Abbey is also reducing rates on its two-year trackers from Wednesday.
