Mortgage Brain to offer integrated conveyancing

Mortgage Brain has integrated its mortgage sourcing system with Easier2Move to offer an all-in-one mortgage application and coneyancing service.

Easier2Move says the service will allow mortgage intermediaries to increase their income without increasing their workload. The partnership deal will allow a broker to instruct a conveyancer online at the same time as submitting their mortgage application with Mortgage Brain. Easier2Move says the service will allow brokers to receive a referral fee for making a conveyancing instruction and will allow intermediaries to increase their revenue and product sales per client.
