NU selects Dialogue for customer comms

Norwich Union Life has selected software provider Exstream's Dialogue product for all its future communications with customers.

The firm, which has already put the software to use with its Bond Statements, says Dialogue will streamline document production as well as meet critical business requirements for speed, cost effectiveness, and flexibility.
