AIFA launches fee-based model seminars

The Association of IFAs has announced a programme of seminars to help IFAs develop their fee-based business models.

The seminars have been organised in conjunction with business transition specialists, FP Advance, in response to requests from members. It is hoped the seminars will help IFAs to develop existing fee charging structures, transfer to a fee-based model, find out more about operating wrap-based models. Fears over the FSAs investigation into various aspects of IFA business have caused fears that commission structured could be banned and IFAs would need to adopt fee structured or go out of business.
