Advisers want more tech support

Advisers do not feel comfortable replacing paper with technology without a comprehensive support structure in place, according to Assureweb.

Assureweb’s Annual Tech Index – an independent study of 300 financial advisers by Mori – reveals 88% of advisers agree proper training on a relevant system is essential for technology to work. The study also reveals 90% of advisers believe technology must be quick and easy to use otherwise it would be more efficient for their businesses to deal with paper.
