BUPA pushes IFA proposition

Lower costs and improved customer service are promised by BUPA individual protection (BIP) through its new proposition jointly developed with technology provider Practiv.

Set to be rolled out in seven stages to the IFA market starting at the end of this year, BIP will offer real-time online on-risk decisions, online case tracking, and data support services. Practiv will managed delivery of the programme on behalf of BIP, including business process, marketing and IT services. IFAs should notice a market improvement in services levels, BUPA says, because its internal systems will now be “the same” as those used by IFAs, cutting the amount of time required to chase policies.
