Peter Montagon, director of investment affairs at the Association of British Insurers (ABI), has become chairman of the board of the International Corporate Governance Network (ICGN), a corporate governance network.
He will continue his role at the ABI. The ICGN has more than 500 members from across 44 countries and works to improve corporate governance practice worldwide.
