Coventry expands intermediary range

Coventry Intermediaries, the intermediary lending arm of Coventry Building Society, is making changes to its range of mortgage products.

The society has launched a number of new Offset mortgages offering 95% LTV, including two and five-year fixes from 5.49% and two-year trackers starting at 5.99%. The standard residential mortgage range has seen the addition of two new Flexx products, starting at 5.95% with an £800 arrangement fee. A standard five-year fix at 5.59% and a three-year tracker at 6.35% have also been added to the range. Godiva Mortgages has expanded its buy-to-let range with a two-year tracker at 6.95% and two Flexx mortgages starting at 6.89%. Two new Flexx mortgages have been added to the self-certificatio...
