Sesame has create an online treating customers fairly evaluation tool to help advisers adhere to the Financial Services Authority's principles.
Over 800 adviser firms are already using the service, which enables advisers to analyse their sales processes, systems and controls to ensure they comply with the TCF principles. The tool includes over 100 specific TCF indicators, broken into 10 sections which cover all areas of an adviser firm’s business, such as the way they describe their services, the way they are paid, the after sales service and complaints handling.
