Firms online closed for system upgrades

The Financial Services Authority's 'firms online' system will be unavailable from 27 to 29 January and from 2 to 5 February while the system is being upgraded.

Firms online – the reporting tool firms should use when completing and submitting regulatory returns – will be unavailable from 08:00 on Saturday 27 January until 08:00 on Monday 29 January and from 16:00 on Friday 2 February until 08:00 on Monday 5 February. As a result, firms due to submit returns with a reporting period ending between 29 January and 5 February will not be able to access these returns on firms online until 5 February.
