Webline launches data capture tool

Webline, the online quotation and fulfilment service, has launched a new client data capture facility, which will save time for advisers by pre-populating data fields in online forms.

When consumers apply for an online comparative quotation for life protection products through an adviser’s website, they will now have the option of inputting basic personal details into a ‘data capture form’ and advisers will be automatically notified when this happens. Webline says the tool will enable intermediaries to more easily pursue a lead and take control of the online application process to generate and complete new business as advisers will be able to enter basic consumer details into various forms at the touch of a button.
