CHL upgrades technology for IFAs and packagers

CHL Mortgages has made a number of enhancements to its online application system for intermediaries and packagers, which is known as @chl.

CHL says it has made the changes to aid intermediaries in their business and to make sure they spend the minimum time possible submitting applications. Changes to the system include the addition of online valuation fee payment as part of the full application process and the removal of mortgage history questions from buy-to-let applications. Quick printing options for response letters, certificated and declarations have been simplified, which should also save time when submitting applications.
