Linear switches to IFA business model

Linear Mortgage Network has re-trained its workforce to become financial advisers to deal with the mortgage downturn.

As a result of the changes, Linear will rebrand as Linear Financial Solutions, reflecting the full financial advice service on offer. Linear’s business model had previously focussed on providing mortgage advice to independent estate agents. The new brand will continue to work with estate agents but will also offer advice on pensions, life assurance and general insurance.
