Nationwide will waive reservation fees on some mortgages for existing borrowers in a new loyalty offer.
From Friday 3 October, existing mortgage borrowers will only have to pay a £299 reservation fee when switching to a mortgage with a £599 fee. Existing Nationwide borrowers will save £300 compared with new remortgage and homebuyer customers. Nationwide is also adding a two-year fixed rate with no fee for existing customers, as well as £299 and £999 options.
