Law change prompts Middle-East mortgage launch

John Charcol has partnered with Newcastle Building Society and the National Bank of Dubai to offer a simplified mortgage experience to customers buying property in Dubai.

The new service is available to both UK and Dubai residents and will allow them to arrange a mortgage in the Dirhams currency but with the quick and efficient processing seen in the UK. Recent changes in Dubai law mean non-residents are now able to buy property.
