Ex-Sesame chief Gale named Just Retirement COO

Former Sesame chief executive Patrick Gale has been named chief operating officer at Just Retirement.

Gale, also appointed a main board director at the retirement specialists, left IFA network Sesame in December last year after overseeing its sale to Friends Provident. His appointment comes just five months after he was named as a non-executive director of HBOS Financial Services. Just Retirement says Gale will manage the group’s day-to-day operations with a specific responsibility for the marketing, distribution and information technology functions.
