£250k of improvements for Webline

Webline, an online quote and apply portal for intermediaries, has today promised to invest £250,000 in response to a recent user forum.

Webline’s user forum, held on the Spitbank Fort in the Solent, asked over 30 of its customers to suggest improvements to the existing system. Matt Humphrey, client services and operations director at Webline, says: “This year’s user forum was again highly successful with some fantastic feedback, which gave us a real insight into what our customers are thinking.” Of the many suggestions put forward at the event, attendees voted for the items they felt were a high priority and these will be implemented over the coming year.
