Budget: Chancellor 'neglecting' first time buyers

Alistair Darling has been accused of neglecting first time buyers in his first Budget.

Several industry figures say the Budget was a good opportunity for the Chancellor to relieve pressure off borrowers and help first time buyers onto the housing ladder.
