TMB to help packagers affected by Victoria closure

The Mortgage Broker (TMB) has announced a series of measures to help packagers affected by the closure of Victoria Mortgages, which went into administration earlier today.

The company has set up a hotline number and will give priority to packagers affected by the closure of Victoria Mortgages. TMB says it has offered Victoria an open invitation to work closely to alleviate the impact on its packagers. Last week, TMB announced initiatives to support packagers affected by Infinity Mortgages’ withdrawal from the market. Nigel Payne, managing director of TMB, says: “We are genuinely sorry to see Victoria Mortgages in this predicament. Nobody likes to see jobs and livelihoods under threat.
