Conservative leader, David Cameron has attacked Labour's U-turn on home condition reports (HCR) during Prime Minister's questions, claiming the government has also dropped the planning gain supplement (PGS) announced by the Chancellor in the Budget.
Cameron told the Prime Minister he needed to “get with the programme” claiming housing and planning minister, Yvette Cooper, had already met with Treasury officials to discuss the future of the scheme and that the planning gain supplement had already been “shelved.” But a spokesman for the Department for Communities and Local Government (DCLG), has called the Opposition leader’s claims “a load of nonsense”.
