Fee-based Conforto poaches Towry Law adviser

Fee-based IFA Conforto Financial Management has hired a senior wealth adviser from Towry Law as part of expansion plans which include the opening of a new office in London and ambitions to acquire other IFAs.

Adam Osper, who also previously worked at MLP Private Finance, has joined Conforto, which mainly advises high net worth clients including the Ryder Cup golfer Ian Poulter and former Arsenal FC favourite Lee Dixon. Conforto says Osper’s appointment is the latest move in its drive to achieve more than £500m in assets under management. In July, it acquired Hertfordshire-based adviser The McCroddan Partnership (TMP) taking the number of staff of 15.
