ERC expands equity release panel

Dunfermline Building Society and Home & Capital have been added to Equity Release Club's (ERC) panel of providers.

The deal brings the number of reversion providers on ERC’s panel to seven, while the lifetime mortgage panel has grown to nine. Dunfermline has recently rolled out its product across the retail market after being successful in the intermediary arena. Home & Capital will offer ERC members a procuration fee of 3.5%, as well as £250 towards clients’ legal and valuation costs.
