3 bed HIPs due in September

HIPs and EPCs became a legal requirement when selling a home with four bedrooms or more from 1 August and the Government plans to phase in smaller properties by the end of the year. The Government says that the rollout of HIPs and EPCs for properties with one and two bedrooms will be announced in due course.
