Aegon seals distribution deal with Barclays

Aegon is continuing to expand its distribution arrangements following a deal adding the provider to the select choice panel offered by Barclays Financial Planning.

The new partnership will see Aegon’s range of products made available through Barclays’ national network of 900 financial planners to the bank’s retail, premier and business banking customer bases. Aegon says the deal - which follows a recent link-up with Dunfermline Building Society - is its most significant bank distribution deal to date, and will see the provider’s business protection range – including key person and partnership protection – the first products to be available to the Select Choice panel.
