Tenet Group has launched a Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) guide for its network members and directly authorised clients.
TCF Toolkit describes the importance of each TCF area and outlines focus points, aims and objectives. It also includes a list of questions the firm needs to consider, illustrative examples and sample or template documents. Advisers can find the guide on Tenet’s Extranet. Tenet will also launch the guide on its support arm, IFA Professional. Tenet will offer its members on-site visits and support over the next six months to help firms meet the FSA’s March 2008 TCF deadline.
