Sub-prime hotline for IFAs launched

CHL Mortgages has launched a free Clearing Hotline to help intermediaries who were let down by lenders pulling their product ranges.

The hotline, available on 0800 085 6727, will give help and advice to intermediaries with buy-to-let and self-certification cases that have been affected by providers pulling their products. The hotline is free but will give express decision making for intermediaries who put their cases through CHL’s online application system, @chl. These cases will get priority and intermediaries can expect a decision within three hours.
