Aberdeen Asset Management's head of North American Equities Simon Clinch is joining F&C Asset Management as director of US Equities.
Clinch, who will report to F&C’s head of US Equities Rupert Della-Porta, joined Aberdeen in 2001 as senior fund manager after jointly managing a post-equity venture fund on behalf of Vencap International. With a mathematics degree, Clinch is going to be used in developing F&C’s stock screening process, which has been implemented in recent months, says Della-Porta. IFAonline
