Giving evidence at the Work and Pensions Select Committee alongside Which, Teresa Perchard, director of policy at Citizens Advice, stated the timescale for the changes would mean people would need more specific information. She says over a 20 year window there will be a wide range of changes to the system including new credits, personal accounts, abolishment of contracting out, women working longer and the State Second Pension (S2P) going flat rate.
