Zurich is developing a web-based financial planning tool for advisers, which can be used with clients who have inheritance tax mitigation needs.
The tool will provide advisers with the ability to calculate the value of their clients’ estates without needing to input the latest IHT threshold and tax rate, and will highlight several IHT mitigation options, along with an audit trail. The tool is currently being tested and it is likely to be launched within the next few weeks.
