Deutsche Bank's specialist lender, db mortgages, has changed its website to enable brokers and packagers to access db mortgages directly through their preferred network or club.

The changes will strengthen its service proposition, allowing instant online KFIs, DIPs, online application submission and case tracking, db mortgages says. One of the main features is the ‘assign to packager’ tool, which brokers use to obtain an Online DIP on a specific case and assign that case to a packager for further processing.
