Paragon restructures mortgage brands

Paragon Group is to restructure its Paragon Mortgage and Mortgage Trust brands to help it weather the credit crunch.

The Mortgage Trust and Paragon Mortgages will be streamlined to reflect its current levels of activity, but Paragon says it will retain the ability to react to any improvements in market conditions. Paragon will also merge the Paragon Mortgages and Mortgage Trust sales team into a single, national team, to be headed by Andrew Lees..
