The Association of Home Information Pack Providers (AHIPP) has today called for HIPs to become ‘exchange ready' and realise their full potential.
The call comes as HIPs become mandatory on all homes with one or two bedrooms today, having previously been rolled out for homes with three or more bedrooms. Mike Ockenden, director general of AHIPP, says HIPs have not yet reached their final form and need to be developed further to make the home buying and selling process easier.
