Trigold is to integrate its online sourcing system with a lead reporting tool to make it easier for advisers to manage purchased leads.
The deal with Leadreporter.com will give intermediaries a number of new tools to enhance the sales process for clients accessed through LeadPoint.
Software will gather leads and manage the entire process, from capture through to tracking and analysis.
Both large and small firms will be able to use Leadreporter.com to analyse how leads are converted into sales to improve their business methods.
David Aylmer, business development and marketing director of Trigold, comments: “Dealing with leads quickly and effectively is the most crucial element in successful selling and this integration between Leadreporter.com and Trigold means that advisers are able to do exactly that.
“Once the mortgage has been sourced advisers have the ability to manage the case using the Trigold case manager or dashboard case manager systems or a CRM system of their choice.”
Once an adviser has sourced a suitable mortgage they will be able to instantly transfer their client data from the lead into the Trigold system and apply.
