Tenet to train IFAs on behalf of members

Adviser network and support services company Tenet is offering to train new recruits on behalf of member firms before returning them as fully-fledged advisers.

In partnership with the Financial Services Skills Council (FSSC), the Leeds-based company has launched two apprenticeship programmes, meaning members will not have to run in-house training schemes if they do not want to. It adds the offer is also open to non-members on request. Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship, candidates will have CeMAP and NVQ qualifications on the mortgage side and CF1-5 plus NVQ on the investment side.
