The Property Investment Market has launched an online portfolio builder for property investors, which allows investors to reap the benefits of property investment without needing to choose their properties.

The Portfolio Builder is an online tool, which allows investors to build a property portfolio automatically by spreading funds among the ten most popular new properties in Thepropertyinvestmentmarket.com’s exchange system. To use the tool, investors need an initial investment fund of £1,000 to invest in the ten most popular new properties. After this has been invested, additional investments can be made into the portfolio. Cash paid into the account before property transactions have been made will earn interest of 4.5%.
