Home & Capital has appointed Simon Little as business development director. He will take up is role next Wednesday.
He joins from Swiss Re-owned Tomorrow, formerly GE Life, as head of equity release – product and marketing. At Tomorrow he represented the company on the equity release industry body and has chaired Safe Home Income Plan’s (SHIP) mortgage board for the last two years. He will also assume the board’s director role from Graeme Marshall, chief executive of Home & Capital. Marshall will step down because the company is allowed one appointee to the board.
