Specialist EPC provider launched

LMS, a Home Information Pack (HIP) provider, has today launched an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) specialist called Energy Reports and Surveys Ltd (ERS).

LMS says it launched ERS in response to demand for a specialist EPC provider that can deliver a large volume of cases. ERS says it uses the latest technology to deliver efficient and cost effective EPCs. The firm currently employs 140 full-time domestic energy assessors (DEAs), each armed with a hand-held computer linked to the company’s central office. The computer allows the central office to manage all stages of the certification, from booking appointments to quality control.
