A simpler, more transparent state pension is a fundamental first step needed in pensions reform claims a new report by the Pensions Policy Institute (PPI).
In its report: Shaping a Stable Pensions Solution: How pension experts would reform UK pensions, the PPI brings together the views of around 80 pensions experts from over 40 organisations who have spent the last year responding to detailed papers on the critical aspects of pension policy. Funded by the Nuffield Foundation, the aim of the project was to build a consensus on what a long-term pension solution could look like.
