Lazard Asset Management will launch a new UK domiciled global equity income fund after receiving regulatory approval.
The group says its new OEIC is to be managed by Patrick Ryan and based upon its world dividend equity strategy which has returned 5.8% yield for the 12 months to 30 June. Lazard says Ryan will visit the UK later this month to outline the motivation behind the fund and its investment process. “Patrick and his team have produced excellent returns for investors with this strategy,” Lazard managing director and distribution head Charles Wilson says. “We are very excited to be launching a retail version of this successful investment process to add to our product range here in the UK.” To co...
