Trigold targets 40,000 brokers in ENC marketing campaign

Trigold and its six partner non-conforming mortgage lenders will target over 40,000 intermediaries with a co-ordinated marketing campaign in support of its Enhance Non-Conforming sourcing module.

The firm, along with igroup, Kensington, Southern Pacific Mortgages Limited, First National, Mortgages plc and GMAC RFC, will be targeting intermediaries through direct mail, advertising, roadshows and online. Trigold says the six lenders account for 80% of the non-conforming market and decided there was a need to create a specific mortgage sourcing system for the non-conforming market that took into account the detailed underwriting requirements of their product ranges. All six lenders will display the ENC lender logo on their sales material and provide their sales teams with ENC present...
