Depolarisation? That's about freezers, innit?

One in ten Brits believe depolarisation is a new anti-frosting mechanism for fridge freezers, according to research by IFA support service Sesame.

Analysis designed to discover how informed consumers are about the new sales practices of financial advisers revealed almost seven out of ten (69%) have absolutely no idea what depolarisation is. More amusingly, 6% of aged between 16-24 years old – from 1000 people questioned nationwide – believed depolarisation is a new code of practice for estate agents while local demographics reveals one in 20 in the East Midlands (5%) thought it was the first ice hotel in the Antarctic.
