Financial intermediaries are calling for improved training support and simpler communication by financial services firms to help increase their use of technology.
Panellists of the latest IFAonline TV Talking Technology debate say the culture of technology usage by financial advisers and intermediaries is still not fast enough for firms to see the true benefits of technology because little time is given over to training.
