HSBC names new UK multi-manager head

HSBC Global Asset Management has appointed Guy Morrell as its multi-manager head for the UK and Middle East North Africa.

Currently leading the global real estate investment team within the MM division, Morrell replaces James Hughes who has moved to front the firm’s Asia/Pacific multi-manager operations. Morrell remains as the lead manager on the multi-manager HSBC Open Global Property fund, launched last November.
