TFC Homeloans is offering £99 application fees for purchase and remortgages placed with First National.
TFC is also offering a free legal service for remortgage deals for a limited time only. The deal is available to mortgage intermediaries in England and Wales submitting First National applications via TFC’s new IT system, Gravity. First National is the first lender to be fully integrated with the new system, enabling same day instruction of valuation, along with other benefits.
