Premier Mortgage Service (PMS) and Intelligent Finance (IF) are running a series of roadshows later this month on the subject of offset mortgages and how to sell them effectively.

The roadshows are being held in: De Vere Whites, Bolton 24 January National Motorcycle Museum, Birmingham 25 January The Brewery, London 31 January Livingston FC, Livingston 2 February Celtic Manor, Newport 7 February Brian Ewing, head of Intermediary Sales at Intelligent Finance, says: "The potential for offset is huge. Research by Datamonitor has revealed that the market grew by over 63% year on year from 2000 to 2004 and predicts that, by 2009, offset will be responsible for approximately 30% of the UK's secured lending market."
