UNIFi Partners, the network for secured loan broker firms, has partnered with overseas finance specialists UK Mortgages Abroad (UKMA) to offer advisers an introducer service.
UNIFi Partners members can refer their client to UKMA and track the case through to completion on a 24 hours real-time online case tracker. Advisers retain client ownership and receive commission. Patrick Bamford, managing director of UNIFi, says: “In what can be a complicated market UKMA can take on a referral at any stage of the buying process with only a name and contact details.
